This morning the hotel had a lovely buffet breakfast, one of the nicest we’ve experienced so far.
We had to arrange for a local fisherman to take us across the river into Spain as the ferry was undergoing maintenance. It was quite the adventure.
We had to climb off the boat after the fisherman drove it into the sand. Then we were unsure of how to get to the Camino. With a strange patois and much hand gestures we were on our way.
After arriving at the hotel and visiting Monte San Tecla, we walked down to the seaside to have lunch. We had a bowl of soup and tapas for lunch, naturally with a bottle of white wine.
Later, after a shower and a rest we walked to Casa Chupa Ovos for dinner.
As we walk back to our hotel we witness our first procession of Semana Santa. What a surprise this was for all of us.
Are those padron peppers above and were they as good as I remember? Yum Yum. Still drooling.
Easter time looks very very special.

Yes they are Lynda and they were probably more delicious than you remember because they were heavenly to me.
