Day 3 – 14 August 2014 – A Picota to Olvieroa

Today was a wonderfully short 12 kms. And that was a good thing because I seem to have caught the Camino cough and sore throat.

I have not yet walked a Camino without catching a cold. I never get sick when I’m home but it seems to be a given for me on Camino. Ah, but I have learned to come prepared. I am armed with Vitamin C and Zinc as well as a cough medicine. So all will be well in a few days, I am sure.

Today’s walk was entirely on pavement. It did go through some lovely countryside.
