Camino 2013

I leave to once again walk the Camino Frances in September.

This time I am prepared to take my time, I will not allow myself to put my head down and just concentrate on the next destination.

This time I will stop and smell the flowers,

And listen to the birdsong,

And enjoy the comraderie of my fellow Peregrinos,

And relish every new flavor I taste,

And savor every drop of wine!

I will bathe in the starlight.

I will place my bare feet against the soil of the path.

I will feel the energy from all those who have walked this pilgrimage before me and those yet to come.

This second Camino is sure to be a charm!
