We could not have asked for better walking weather to get us to Santiago. Every day on this Camino the sun was shining and with the exception of a few days in the middle of the trek the temperatures were gorgeous.
We walked into the square in front of the Cathedral, took a few pictures and proceeded to the Pilgrim’s Office to collect our Compostela.
We had a celebratory bottle of Spanish Cava and some tapas in one of the restaurants in Santiago and later that evening watched another procession for Semana Santa.
Dinner was in the Parador followed by a Queimada.
Congratulations!..Your smile says it all..I am so proud of you and your group..hugs, Nancy
