One more night at home and then I’m on my way to the Camino de Santiago.
Today as I was getting ready for tomorrow, I looked out into my backyard and saw this beautiful Peregrine Falcon perched in my tree.
I took this picture through the glass window and screen, since I didn”t want to spook the bird away.
Last year on the day before I left for the Camino, another Peregrine followed me for my entire 6 mile training walk. I think this is a definite sign, I have seen falcons several times during my pre Camino traing hikes.
A sign that this Peregrina is ready for the Camino this year
Again, vaya con Dios. It is a sign.
Very much a sign, Arlene!
Couldn’t be clearer that it’s time to leave home and walk your spirit path!
Buen Camino, Peregrina! Take good care and wishing you a wonder-filled and safe camino experience. Teresa
Isn’t it wonderful , all the different ways God finds to speak to us and affirm us?!!
My young friend (I think I spoke of her to you) called me this afternoon and we prayed together for a wonderful safe Camino for me and then after I hung up the phone I noticed the Peregrine Falcon in my yard. Oh, yes it is awesome how God finds ways to speak to us.
Glad to see you’re on your way. Have a wonderful experience.
